I purchased Iphone from Amazon India.
The phone had heating problem and poor battery back up but I ignored it since it was summer time.
Suddenly the touch screen was not responding properly and after few days touch screen stopped working, When I called Apple service center they asked me to update the software. After software update screen started working but LCD screen was show vertical bands.
I was asked to go to Reliance RESQ service center in Vashi, Navi Mumbai and this guy concluded it is hardware problem which is not covered although it is in warranty. My sincere request to consumers at least in India please do not buy Iphone or their extended warranty because it will not cover hardware problems. My phone was in perfect condition with not damages or even scratches and still hardware problem was not covered under warranty. I sincerely request consumers to avoid paying their hard earned money for this so called pathetic " Apple Experience"
