Heres a starter for those who dont own an apple and think it must great because its pricey. Reality, you can see for yourself at their service centres. Every new launch has a major fail and they deliberately ship it that way because they have to meet their sales deadline.
I have been messed about and jesus I have never seen such horrendous customer service in my life. They are non chalant and boast that they are industrys best but if youre in India. The answer isthis is not america - what kind of an answer is that. Freaking it was barely 24 hours I reported the battery drain is too fast. The phone would be dry and dead in 2 hours.
Their engineers gave it back in mere 30 minutes saying its all fine. I hope people reading this will be aware the device replacement programme they have is only a sales strategy, it is almost impossible to get it replaced. They will drag it on and on. I had mine with help from a few friends who did the talking.
