I took iPhone 6S Plus in month of November, till now I’am facing multiple problem of touchscreen problem, in microphone, my phone gets hang etc. I have visited the center 5 times but my problem is not solved . Pune center has also cheated me by saying that, "we have sent your phone to bangalore service center, " but they haven’t sent my phone to bangalore.
I put mails to bangalore service center but their reply an automatic system reply, No one is helping me to sort my problem . I’m so annoyed with iPhone . I never expected this thing from iPhone company . They are not replacing my phone even after getting hardware issue and multiple issue . They have gave me literally defective piece, I have sent my 6 month salary on this, and I’m facing this problem . Never purchase iPhone!
