Ofcourse 6s if they cost the same. If there is a $ 100 or $ 150 price difference, I would still buy 6s because it’s so much better than the normal 6. It’s like the jump from iPhone 5 to 5s which was also veeeeery big ( from 5s to 6 was not much difference, most notable things were new design and bigger display but rest differences are tiny
