I bought this phone the previous year and I strongly feel that I wasted my bucks on this device . When I inserted my SIM it didn’t read it and it showed ’sim card not inserted’
I tried twice or thrice inserting the SIM card again and again but it still didn’t read the sim card .
I then gave the phone to the customer care and it took about 3 to 4 days before I got it back .
The problem with device is that it gets heated up fast while recording videos at 1080p .
This phone had a problem with its Mic , sometimes while calling the other person was not able to hear what I was saying. Also after about 3 to 4 months of usage the charging adaptor stop working and I had to buy a new one . This phone gives 32GB storage without an external SD card slot , and to say its storage is insufficient for a normal user and also I had this problem that sometimes this phone does not detect headphone plugged in . Then I have to remove it and plug it again so that the device detect it detects .
I have used most of the Apple products but this turned out to be the worst of them and I do not advice to buy this device .
