Excellent phone

I bought iPhone 7+ ( 128Gb) from Apple store at Fairview mall, Toronto on 17th October’16.was very happy to use it until just after 7 days on 24th October evening it was freezed ( screen completely non-responsive) , I though it’s just software issue so I tried to hard reset pressing the home+ power+ vol up/down all together.and the apple logo appeared and starts to get hot from back. left it like that to see what happens.nothing happened with in next couple of hours, apple logo kept on appearing on the screen until the battery is drowned completely. Then I gave some charge and when after 10 mins again the apple logo appeared and stayed like that. luckily the return period wan’t expired, so next morning I went to apple to replace that, as they were out of 128Gb stock I had to take money refund. is there anyone who faced the same problem? I studied reviews on apples forum. seems like a numbers of users had same problem. maybe it was iphone 7+ ( 128Gb) problem.but apple should get over it asap. I spent $1332- cash after 1 week had disappointing experience.really sucks.
