I do not have anything to write about the phone..I want to rather give feed back on the sales team. I thought of buying this so called "iPhone"....I took the decision and tried reaching the sales guys in the number given on apple website..I reached them thrice and all the time I felt that they are not bothered much about the customer...they don’t answer you properly...they are always in hurry..will show their attitude and arrogance through the accent and sound modulation...WAH!! however the product is selling...record sales.
Since my basic questions were not answered properly I visited an imagine store thinking after all its "apple"...but there the so called "genius" came and just told me the price of all iPhone 4, 4s and 5, and gave me a look and I felt his face read " u wanna buy...buy it and get out...why do u wanna know too much..I got other work to do...after all this is iPhone"..
Still.....I thought it is okay...may be the representatives are having a bad day...so I tried the sales number one more time...and my first question to them was simple - "where do you have authorized apple store in Bangalore" he answered "you have it in Forum"..I asked him back.."ok..which Forum ??" he responded...in thick slang and attitude "Sir..there is only one Forum in Bangalore ." I told him "I think there are two..one in Koramangala and one in Whitefield"..he goes..."NO..THERE IS ONLY ONE"...I just said.."ok".. I was not interested anymore to ask more questions...I had enough of experience..if this is pre-sales..what would be the post sales...
I decided better not to buy an iPhone.
