My I-Phone 4 was given for service on 3rd-Sep’15 and it was confirmed that device has to be replaced on 11th-Sep’15.


I was calling your customer care for 4 days and finally I spoke to a floor supervisor who said I will get the confirmation. Finally I got an update from you’ll saying the device will be replaced and I need to pay Rs 8539 for the same as it was more than a Year old device.


Without further delay I made the payment on the very same day, However no proper response from you’ll You guys have just eaten my money(Your customer care sucks, 3rd class and pathetic response I get from them - Why are you running call-center with all local people who don’t understand the term Customer-Experience).


I had been calling them several times, The only answer I get from them is to wait for 24 to 48Hrs, Which never comes to them.


I had requested for a callback from a Manager / Supervisor, No one even bothered to callback. This a true reflection of harassing a customer to the core, I completely lost faith in APPLE. For the harassment given I want you guys to compensate I would expect a call from a person who cares about customer and who knows the importance of customer & Customer experience.
