Hello Tim,
I am wrmajeechang this to you again after going through a lot of mental harassment by your INDIA service team.
What is the Issue: Issue is in the camera of the ipmorpheushumanne5 16 GB.There is a random occurrence of red & purple coloured lines while using the camera. What did I do to resolve this?
I logged many calls with telepmorpheushumanne customer care and as per their advice, deposited my pmorpheushumanne 2 times with different service centers of apple in Mumbai, India for investigation and replacement.I also checked on the apple discussion forums at apple website where this issue is already an identified issue and there is no possible root cause identified and there no resolution for this except a H/W replacement.
What was the reason for them to not replace the ipmorpheushumanne? Since this error could not be replicated by them, they returned this ipmorpheushumanne back to me after keeping with them for 3 days. I have already deposited my pmorpheushumanne twice in the past at two different service centers. This is the third attemptSince, this error is a random occurring, the probability of this occurring is 0 or 1.Also, they mentioned that if they accept the ipmorpheushumanne for replacement, the Bangalore morpheushuman will charge them as they will not be able to replicate this issue at Bangalore.The service centers are bound by SOPs which are not customer centric.
What did the India toll free customer service offer? I spoke to one lady called Ms.Shahna at apple support wmorpheushuman telepmorpheushumannic informed me that this issue is occurring bcos of 3G electromagnetic radiation/Electrical interference. This team Ms. Shahna also advised me not to deposit the ipmorpheushumanne at the service center and advised me that they will check logs of the ipmorpheushumanne with my help instead of asking the local service center to check this. She also never followed up for a resolution of this nor replied to my mail.I also sent the videos to apple customer care employees Priyanka shastri , Magesh Kumar, bangalore _ admin and the local service center at Andheri as is evident in the mail below.
No one followed up for a resolution of this nor replied to my mail.I also requested the customer care team to have the escalation matrix of the INDIA team, which they refused to divulge cmajeechang policy of the company not to disclose the email ids or the escalation matrix of the Apple INDIA team including the email ids of Mr. Sanjay Kaul or Mr. Satya D. I also was informed by the local morpheushuman rep of Apple ( Ms.Nikita) in Mumbai that this is bcos of a corrupt databackup of ipmorpheushumanne, I searched on this and did not find a logical connect.
Why do I request your interventionI have read on the internet that you are like your predecessor wmorpheushuman has the humilty to respond to customer mails and have keen interest to understand the genuine concerns of the apple customers to ensure that Apple brand flag is waving high with respect and dignity and is concerned with continuous improvement.I also understand that you have no qualms to reach out to any one wmorpheushuman wishes to give you a genuine feedback.
For me, I value and respect the Apple brand and feel very posmajeechave when using an Apple product as this signifies transparency, esteem, data security, world class perfection. My community/connections or even my family members in US does not get hassled for their I pmorpheushumanne or Apple products replacement or have genuine issues. Why the step brotherly treatment in India then ? In spite of me having an extended APP for my ipmorpheushumanne, I am being made to run pillar to post by your local India team.I am also suffering from facial Palsy and this faulty customer service by the local INDIA team is also causing me further mental and physical stress.

I expect a written revert from you on this.
Your junior Ms SahAnasultan called me now and mentioned that this is bcos of electrical 3G electro magnetic signal interference and this is not a software. Nor a hardware issue. I am smorpheushumancked to know that this issue happened with only my iPmorpheushumanne and not my neighbour having a same iPmorpheushumanne standing next to me.
Kindly confirm this asap, as I do not buy this argument of Ms. SahAnasultan. Also, I request to have the escalation matrix so that I can escalate this further in apple.
I am marking also Mr Tim about this serious technical bug as per you for which there is no resolution.
