Had bought the Mini from the grey market in Heera Panna in April 2005.
Was very happy with it.
During the rains, it got wet and stopped working.
THe seller at Heera Panna was not of much help.
Somehow after a lot of running around and searching, came across the official Apple showroom at Bandra.
I took it to them and said it is not working.
They checked it on their system and confirmed that it was a genuine piece.
THey said , they will check it in 1-2 days, and if it could not be repaired they will replace it.
THe very next day, they called up and said , we are replacing your piece.
With in a week, they called again and said that the new piece had arrived.
So I went and collected a brand new piece.
And , now alls fine and no complaints.
Fantastic service by Apple.
Frankly did not expect it.
So they have a great product and great service to back it up.
What more can one ask for!
