Like everyone else, I too wanted an iPod. and my appetite increased after I read the reviews here.
Mouthshut’s always been a reliable guide.
So, I bought a silver one from Sony-Mony at Borivali, Mumbai.
My sister already had an MP3 player(a local Korean one), which dad bought on one of his junkets.
But whether it was ill-luck, or twist of fate, the i-Pod went kaput in 4 days flat.
To top it up, I found the iTunes to be a host of bugs, loading up my system so badly(trust me, I have a good 1GB RAM to back it up and enough hard disk space) that it almost hung everytime I used it.
Now, I am wondering how do I go about the service. Ofcourse, I’ve lost all my interest in the device or songs after the tragedy.

Searching for an appropriate help has been a tough task though.
there’s only one service centre in Mumbai, at Andheri, which Apple has authorised.
