Friends I bought this IPOD touch 8GB two weeks back
The features are amazing. The way it responds to the touch is cool. You have to download Itunes from Apple’s website to transfer anything to the Ipod.
Graphics are damn cool. I never had a situation in which the IPOD hanged. I bought the Ipod for 15100 INR. and found it worth.
There are many games, Utilities and applications available free on the site. Some games like Assasin’s Creed have a free demo version too. If you like you can buy the full version of the game.
When you create an account at the Apple’s website you have to input your credit card number and there after whatever you download will be charged on your credit card.Only when you have bought an application which is not free and has a pricetag you will be charged on your credit card.
You can create many home screens. I created 4. One for games, One for my personel notes, one for applications that need internet and one for the settings.
The Screen is 3.5 inches in size bigger than any phone available in the market. Watching videos is amazing. If you have MP4 videos you can directly put them into your Ipod thru the itunes software and woolahhhhh. A great experience awaits you, the clarity is wonderful. the depth of view and clarity will take your viewing experience to the next level.
Next speaking of Music As you all know Ipod has set standards for music and this one is no exception. The ear phones provided along with the Ipod is a little big( I felt so may be this is the standard size available) and the music is not that good in this headphones. Try coupling with some other headphones which is not difficult as the headphone jack is the standard 3.5 mm jack. I had a sneheisser headphones and it has an amazing magic on me. I just love to hear music in that headphone coupled with the Ipod.
AccelerometerYou will find the Accelerometer amazing only with some good games like the Labrynth and some racing games. But the way it responds is really cool. If you are new to accelerometer then this gadget is really cool for you.
BrowsingBrowsing is amazing when you connect it to a wi-fi. The safari browser handles almost all the websites pretty well. You can also zoom into a webpage.
Picture viewingThe picture viewing is also a new experience. The browsing thru the pics is amazing. You can zoom into the pic by using two fingers as the Ipod supports multi touch.
When you play games you would really feel the absence of the vibrator. This is a minus point. If a vibrator was present then the Ipod would have taken us by storm
