I’m a parent of Twins.I joined my kids for Pre kg in 2009 June Apple kids anna nagar branch(in the Emrald Flats.Started that year only).Shobana was the one who gave us a view of the portions that they will complete, how they will teach etc.
They charged 15000 for each.I gave 15000 at the time of joining.I said I will be giving another 15000 in the second term.They accepted it.(Then only in all the other Apple kids branch I came to know , they pay in 3 terms.)They said they will be giving the uniform, bag and shoe, water bottle and lunch kit in the next 10 days.
One month gone but still they didn’t give for us.All other kids were wearing it.When I asked about them , they said if you pay the full amount only, we will give those kits. This Nalini(head of Apple kids in anna nagar), i don’t know how could I explain about her.She is the person with so much greedy.Very money oriented.When I talked to her, about the uniform she gave the answer like pay full term and then only we will provide you. Those kit is not at all a matter for me.Giving a word and getting back is like complete cheating which I don’t like.All kids were wearing this uniformly and my kids were standing separately which is like discrimination. I did not hear any other complains in other Apple kids(since many of my colleagues has joined their kids in other branch)
This branch is the worst.
The owner Devanayagam I think(Salem) I complained him. What he said you know.See you have joined your kids.Please at least give a post dated cheque so that u will not have issues with them. After all it’s ur kids going there.This is like emotional blackmailing.Then I didn’t really care them.Why should I give them post dated cheque and get that kit.Till November I bared them to send.Afterwards I stopped them.The response is so bad.
You can hear Nalini speaking with honey words during the time of Admission.After wards only, u will get to know her true reality.
Please don’t send ur kids to Anna nagar Apple kids.It’s really wasting ur money and a big tension in ur head.
I thought of writing this review before itself so that atleast anybody who reads willbe careful.Then totally forgot it.Today when I saw parent complaining the same branch again , i thought like many have suffered.Only 2 of us has written this comment.Please check thrice before joining in this branch.If u want any details write to my mail id.
