I have been using MacBook Air 13" since last 2 months and got a chance to use Apple support.
Firstly I would say this is not a product this is an EXPERIENCE
You should try this.
Specification: 8GB RAM, 128 GB Hard-disk, Core i5(Rest you will find on Google:))
Apple Support: I was having difficulty while login to iTunes to set up my account and update the applications.
I tried my level best by adding all the other relevant information they asked.
Then I decided to write Apple support. I have got a very concerned response in next 24 hours. They resolved the issue as well. I responded.
In few days I got a follow-up email asking if the problem is sorted. The responses were quite personalized.
I highly recommend.
