Does the reviewer get out into the real world? This MacBook is all over college campuses and for good reason. It is a great little notebook and a lot smaller and more portable even than "thinner" notebooks like the HP Spectre ( which are much larger overall and have lower quality screens) . The single port is not a problem when your data is on the cloud and you connect through wifi. The battery life is impressive and this machine is solid as a rock
