If you want to get the stares and want people to enquire you what’s the sleek piece of electronic with you, then go for a iBook or for a MacBook since iBook’s are being phased out. Apart from the above reason, I feel there are a few other reasons to go for a Mac.1.) Stability -- No crashes what-so-ever. One of my friends once called up Tech support at Apple and told them that his iBook was running slow. The tech support asked when was it he last rebooted his lappie and this guy could not remember as I have never seen a Mac rarely crashing2.) No virus problems.: Not many viruses exists for Mac. So lesser nightmares3.) Ease of use: There’s hardly any problem in shifting from a Windows system to a Mac. The system is pretty intuitive and one has every sort of software pre-installed on a Mac to make one’s life easy.iPhoto - For digital cameras. Makes awesome slide shows.iTunes- For songsiMovie - For editing movies taken on a digicam. Spotlight- Great search tool. Windows must copy this Safari- Good browser.Xcode- A developer’s environment and many more like iCal , ichat and iWorks.Now coming to hardwareIt has all sorts of ports like firewire, USB, VGA port and others.
