Pathetic service

I bought htc desire 826 mobile and the salesman adviced me to put insurance for the mobile and suggested apps daily as the mobile’s cost was high so I also bought the insurance, after 15 of usage the mobile got a camera problem and I went to htc service center and they said they need time to resolve the problem, It took almost 40 days to resolve and gave a new mobile and said the old mobile had s/w problem so only the problem persists instead they gave a new mobile and I also accepted and I asked them a doubt whether the insurance will claim for this new mobile ah and they said they have updated the new mobile imei to the database so no problem the new mobile also covers the insurance that like they said and I also happily went after a month the real problem started my mobile went for a liquid damage and I claimed the insurance and they said it will take 15 days to say whether the mobile is eligible for the insurance or not after 15 days I asked they said yes it is eligible but you need all necessary documents and they asked me to send the soft copy of these documents to their mail and I send those documents and they took another 10 days for their verificarion. After the verification they said sorry sir ur mobile imei has been changed so we need a swap letter from the company because of the imei change and then I went to service center and asked for a imei swap letter and they gave the letter and I sent the soft copy of the letter to their mail and once again they took 10 days for verification and I asked them politely sir u have already wasted my time why are you taking this much time now also? The customer executive rudely behaved to me and said it was their company norms and then the verification was also made and after 10 days they said the imei swap letter doesnt have a htc logo so you need a new one, I sadly said sir htc company only gave this swap letter but they said we need a swap lettet with a logo and I went to service center and asked for a swap letter with htc logo they havent treated me well and spoke rude words to me and finally gave me a letter with htc logo after then I sent the swap letter to their mail and once again they took 10 days for verification and said all documents are ok so sent the hot copy of the documents to the company with the damaged mobile and I made that process too and after two months they gave me a refund . But they have eaten my 6 months


The process started on september 2015 and I had my refund on march 2016 end. So this company should change their way of treating and I wont suggest this insurance policy for others too
