This is regarding the situation I faced in the morning. I start my WagonR after 10 days and fond one rat inside the car dashboard.
Then I called up Maruti Anytime, they suggested Maruti Owned Workshop at Naraina, New Delhi.
1) I spoke 2 Maruti Owned Workshop at Naraina, New Delhi and they are busy till Thursday. Customer Care Manager Lady refused to take the Vehicle and Suggested to Visit the Dealer from where I bought the Car. Their contact numbers are: 011-25792196; 011-45541120.
2) Then I called up Maruti on road service but they said they cannot do it on road and they can get it in their Workshop on Thursday as they are tied with so many repair Activities.
3) Then I visited Apra Auto Okhla, they have only one electrician to open the Dashboard and this guy is busy till Wednesday evening.
Now Maruti should answer me where I can take my Wagon R
I Think I did mistake buying in Maruti, Guys go for Hyundai.
Based on Maruti’s Service Response me, my family members and friends have decided that we will Withdraw 2 Maruti Dzires we have booked Last Week.
