Fraud, Scammer: we want our money back

We all can file a complaint against such fraudsters).

I had registered with your Baroda production team for my infant’s photoshoot on August 04 2024.

And we got zero service and fake promises and just made us fool.

PLEASE, PARENTS STAY AWAY FROM SUCH SCAMMER. These people are not responding to our email now.

1. No follow up for photoshoot: Post registration, We were actively contacted by your team in the beginning for two weeks. After that, the updation frequency dropped and we had to come on 04 September 2024 for further updates. We were shocked to see that your team outrightly denied his registeration and my wife had to show the evidence to them. Moreover, at the time of registration, We were told by Mr. Aakash that we will get the artist card in 2 and half months, however, as of date 31-12-2024, we do not have it. Neither we have our portfolio shoot nor we have the ads as claimed by Mr. Aakash at the time of registration.

My wife and son were traveling in the month of October that we had informed in advance and we were assured about the flexibility of the photo shoots, nonetheless that also did not happen.

2. Removal of birthmark: While the first free shoot did take place and we were shared with the platform link. We are highly offended to see the photo without his birthmark over his forehead. How could your team remove his birthmark without our knowledge?? It is his originality and we never gave permission for the same. If it was a requirement for the ad shoot, it could’ve been informed to us and we would not have registered.

3. Misinformation regarding no cost EMI: While making the payment, we were told that over the amount of 24k, we will pay one time 1200 rs extra, however every month 4324 x 5 = 21620 and first emi was of 4952, that makes the total payment of 26572 which is again something that was falsely presented. We were falsely promised about shoots that by the time you finish paying your EMIS, you would’ve recovered the paid amount and it turns out that we are going to pay the last EMI in Feb and have not got any shoots.

This is highly unprofessional and ethically incorrect practice. We have paid the money and now we are having to follow up.

Now, at this point while I am visiting your office again and I find that people here are still not updated about his portfolio. I came to India for two weeks and returning on 5th January 2025 along with my family.

And the same was shared with your team beforehand as well

Again, we have contacted by Mr. Aakash on the very same day to check whether we were interested for a shoot or not. We confirmed our interest and he said that he will call us back to give further details. However, after waiting for two days, we called him to follow up and he said that he will call by 18th January to fix up the time for shoot. Today, it is 20th Jan and so far I haven’t got any updates regarding the same.

As requested by me in the previous mail regarding the refund due to zero service and only giving dates for namesake. I am done with this. I once again kindly request you to initiate the process for refund because it is our hard earned money that we paid and we don’t want to waste our time and energy behind such unprofessional team.

Hence, I am no longer interested in continuing with your services (which I never got) as it has been a forgetful experience. I request you to kindly refund the amount paid by us to say the least.
