When I was doing my graduation in vellore, Tamilnadu, Aptech was the first institute to open a Computer centre in vellore. The ads with which they lured us, trapped me into the vicious web of money looting. There was also a scheme of making your friends to join - so you may benefit, but actually I made my friends life as well as mine miserable, the only one who benefitted is the institute.
They said after the course is over you will get plenty of offers- and that was offer which never came true. Luckily I got an MCA and survived but my friends they are still looking for a job after shelling out so much money.
Actually the Course material itself is not upto industry standards, they are giving a superfluous overview of a subject, which in no way would help in your career. The Faculty is another problem, because they are paid a pittance..they try to jump out when an oppurtunity strikes (We can’t blame them either), so the students who are doing the course, after completion becoming faculty..oops.
Think of the future students career.. So all future software aspirants please check out their validity of insitute at your place, before you enroll into it.
