I had joined ADSE e-ACCP 2002 program from Aptech Computer Education Sonepat
When the classes of the course began and books were provided I found that c++ was nowhere to be seen in the curriculum (I was told c++ was a part of semester). The asked about the missing c++ from our counselor (she was also my batch mate) and she was ignorant and did not knew whether it was there or not.
Moreover, the books of eACCP 2002 curriculum contained a lot of ambiguous statements and errors.
When I complained about errors to main center authorities, they admitted the errors but did not provide any solution. I wrote many times to them but got no satisfactory reply. I also told them to refund my fee but all my complaints fell on deaf ears.
Their design team member Ms. Pramita Aher wrote me in an email that Java does not have any Abstract Data Types but there is a book named
ABSTRACT DATA TYPES IN JAVA By JENKINS, MICHAEL S. McGraw-Hill is available in the market.
According to one of the teachers, even MSDOS was case sensitive .
Teachers at Aptech Sonepat Center taught from NIIT Java Programming book They brought NIITs books in class and taught from them.
Due to the poor quality of the study material and the faculty, I left the course in July 2002 and filed a complaint in consumer court.
My other batch mates who are continuing the course told me that the six-month semester which began on 1 Dec 2001 was completed in Dec 2002 (after deducting three chapters from Advanced java and two from other books). Moreover, they have been promoted to next semester without any exams and without any certificates. One semester takes one year and even main center authorities are turning a blind eye on the complaints of my batch mates. They are just at money making spree.
One of the major anti-consumer activities of Aptech is that they do not refund your fees if you do not want to continue the course nor they will downgrade your course.
It is my sincere advice to all those students who are dissatisfied with their course but are continuing just because they have paid large amount of money to fight for their rights and not be cheated by such institutes
And NEVER JOIN A COURSE FROM APTECH

Dear Friends
This is with reference to my above article.I have received full refund of the fees paid by me to aptech along with the cost of prospectus and I have not returned them any thing .
So get up and show these institutes that indian consumer knows his/her rights and if you are not satisfied get your money back.
