I purchased this product so that my family can drink fresh water. As today TDS are found in larger amount, so to be healthy we should drink pure and fresh water. So I bought this purifier for my family. Earlier everything was going right but after a couple of weeks it was not able to filter the water properly and we were not able to get fresh water.
I even called the worker for the servicing but the company’s staff did not response to my urgency.
After 1 week the purifier was in running condition but again after few days the same condition started.
I was feed up with it and I decided to purchase another brand which is RO+UV water purifier for the family.
The product did not performed well for the past couple of weeks.
I would not suggest this for purchasing.
