False promises --no refund after returning product

I purchased this product from the website and as this product was making noise, I returned the product as per their "online purchase Return Policy". One of the worst customer service that is provided by this company.


If any one wants to purchase the product from this company, I grantee you that you will suffer till you discard that product. My personal experience.




  1. Purchased the product online on 22nd feb 2016. Service was fantastic and the product was delivered within 24 Hrs to home. THEN THE REAL PROBLEM STARED.




  2. I had to make multiple call to get this installed.(almost 5-6 days).Every time when you call the customer service, you need to provide customer id, address, item purchased, pone number etc you will fed-up by providing   same info to the team every time you call. that means they dont have the system which store customer details.




  3. After installing within 30 Min the product started failing and water started leaking . Again I had to call customer care(not once again more that 3 times) just get that fixed and it was fixed after 5 days. Hope you understood that it takes days to get it fixed if there is a problem.






4.Then it started making noise and I said I want to return it. Again after making 30 - 40 calls and after 25 days they picked up the item and it was reached them by 1st week of Apr, (Note that each time you call you have to provide the above details)




  1. Now it is more than 3 weeks and I am making calls to their customer care for my refund. So far they say it is under process and it will take 48 Hrs but it has not refunded.Though website says that with in 4 to 5 working days the money will be refunded, but in my case it is more than 20 Days and no refund.




  2. Their customer care number is not FREE. so I have almost spend more than 2000 INR on following up with the above activities.






MY ADVISE IS TO YOU IS THAT DO NOT BUT ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. OTHERWISE YOU WILL SUFFER A LOT.


They promised on Monday that money will be refunded with in 2 days. so fat no refund.as on 28th Apr 2016
