This water purifier is still being used at my home from almost 3 years, so I would like to share my reviews on it.
it is a quite user friendly product since we have to only open up the tap to have water.
the durability of this product is not much as it requires service very frequently.
mannier times the water which comes from its tap is not purified at all and we have to call the respected person to solve the problem.
the problem which occurs many time is the change of membrane used in it which gets damaged very often.
this causes a very big problem for our family for drinnking water since, we are 6 in a house.
the style and design is also very simple and not much attractive.
service and support is somewhat good as sometimes the person takes the whole model to get it repaired and takes about 4 days to bring it back which creates a problem for us to handle with that salty water, which has many unwanted salts dissolved in it.
