Service technician’s are totally fraud with this product in our region. When it stops for filter change, these people come and check say you problem in board, so better go for AMC, then free of cost with fix it. But is unnecessary, fraud. If you gone with their’s words, they will start looting your money. During amc they will NOT use original candle filters, they buy from very low and cheap quality in local markets and put into your purifier, be alert. Basically this product product board or UV light never get any problem 10 to 15 years. If service man says about it has problems then, sure they are starting frauds with you!
