I am here again with our Ordeal dealing with acquaguard.This is my last attempt before going online or filing a case with consumer court.
We have been facing problems with regards to a pump which was installed by eureka forbes and have been asking eureka forbes for over a month to
replace the same.We have raised a complaint over a month back and till date no resolution whatsoever.Complaint no #89405389 through your callcenter.
Later on callcenter advised to callup the local Mira road franchise manager Ms.Shakuntala Yadav on her cell no(7303946161).Initally the excuse was
request has been raised however the pump has not yet reached the mira road franchise and hence the delay.After following up
with customer care several times they finally acknowledged they have recceived the pump however they will require a addittonal of Rs.1100 for a iron
case which apparantely protects the pump.YES 1100! for a iorn box which ideally should not cost more than Rs.100.Although in our contract cost for pump
is included Eureka forbes and their franchise in unappropriately demanding for addittonal money.When finaly we agreed to it and asked for a recceipt no one
has bothered to show up or call till date and we have to get Bisleri bottles which cost more than 200 on daily basis.
So it seems like the local office or the company itself is trying to make more money by cheating the customers.
The one to be really be blamed for this is the incompetent and careless management of the company who is least bothered about existing customers and just taking
advantage of a Deteoriating Brand name and Customer loyalty.
I am attaching photos of the machine, pump, the expensive iorn case in question and contract itself.
FINALLY IF MY PROBLEMS ARE NOT RESOLVED IN THE NEXT 72HRS I WILL TAKE A LEGAL ROUTE!
PS:- Just for future customers I am a repeat customer with Eureka forbes and have been renewing contracts every year ever since I have bought acquaguard and still have to
go through this hoops just to get a problem sorted out.
