Though ur products r good but management n service so poor. Ur service centers do not replace filters on contracts but on paper they show u as changed. And they sell it directly to some customers without contract. And if u r not aware of this then its a sign of bankruptcy.
Say ur brand, image and company as ur products are really good. We r already unsatisfied with ur service centers and without service product will be useless soon. This brand is bound to be doomed, please dont be a part of this sinking ship.
