I have an AMC for my AquaGuard Water Purifier. I had raised a service request on 13th April 2021 but till date it has not been done. Aquaguard says that the request will be taken care in 24 to 48 hrs. I want to know how the 24 hr or 48 hr deadline is calculated by them.
When I called them today and asked to talk to a manager I was told them they do not have the option of transferring the call to the manager but they can transfer it to a senior. For that also seniors are busy, we promise a call back but no call back happens.
