In a age where companies like flipkart /ebay who deliver you products very fast and safely. There are company like aquariumsindia who dont even bother to respond you once the get your money.
Sadly there website says "Customer satisfaction is our highest priority."They should remove customer from there tag line. Still regret myself for buying product from this website .
What I ordered? 500ml acquafin fish flake food. I did net banking of Rs 250 .
Thats a most basic thing anybody can order from acquarium website. consignment id 13668533045
What I got in return ?
250ml E-jet fish food after 7 days with expiry date , quantity and mrp intentionally scratched .by the size of consignment which they send I get to know that they send me 250ml product .prize of this product in market is not more that Rs 70.
Then I observed that they dont have any direct contact number , so only option left for you to send them mails, mails and mails till they respond.
I send them a mail saying that you have send me a wrong product , with scratched mrp and with half the quantity i ordered. They didnt respond till I said I would file a case in consumer court.Owner of this company - Mr Anil Jaiswal. I think he is only person who works in this company .
His response .
"250ml 1nos. was only in stock."
Thats it and nothing else.Then I asked them to send me back my remaining amount. for which they asked me my online net banking details which I send them immediately.Till date I am waiting for my refund .
There last mail says:-
have registered your a/c no in my neft service but I am not getting the URN to confirm your a/c.
Its not hard to guess that they dont wont to refund any amount.This is not expected form a company. I strongly recommend not to buy anything form this company .
