WORST, FOOLING, LYING, GREEDY, CHEATING, DISGUSTING and SHAMELESS aquaultra.in from bhuj.
Never ever go and buy the water purifier from aquaultra.in, bhuj, Gujrat. These people are so SHAMELESS, CHEATERS and LIARS that they don’t tend to stay what they say. I already purchased their purifier but of no use after one year it is lying in the gutter. Because the purifier is not up to the mark as these SILLY STUPID IDIOTS say. Because these CHEAP CHEATERS have LOOTED me when purchase because they on purpose levied some two way OCTROI charges plus the courier charges and some hidden tax, though they say it’s free shipping but their some hidden taxes are levied to the customer. So for these three charges not told to me earlier I wanted to cancel the order but some 3-4 years back they on purpose use to take online payment and no cash on delivery. When I told them to cancel the order firstly these CHEATERS AND FRAUDSTERS were very ARROGANT and STUBBORN and secondly they told me they will not refund me the amount and the order will not be cancelled with much request they said they will cancel the order but the above mentioned three hidden charges two way will be deducted from the refund. And plus their customercare are so SHAMELESS, SILLY and STUPID that for cancelling they used to disconnect my calls in between, never ever were cooperative.
And for installation they send some CHEAP, INHYGENIC and SIMPLE boy not to be called a technician but very DIRTY, before installing I told him to wash the inside body of the purifier before fitting but no that DIRTY technician didn’t listen and like that with DIRTY hands fitted the purifier on the wall, they don’t have a perfect and hygienic installation. When reported these CHEATERS didn’t tend to listen to the complaint. Never ever go and buy this type of CHEAP purifier
