Aramex is the worst company you can imagine to deal with, despite being a private business they are least customer oriented. I shipped my household stuff from Iraq to Pakistan and till today after three weeks; it is stuck and they could not get that released from custom authorities whereas there shouldn’t be any custom on used household stuff and personal belongings.
Their staff is totally inexperienced and have totally no idea what the hell are they doing. A complete disaster if you want to waste money, time and ultimately your shipment… only then you should enter in Aramex. Their behavior with customers is worst. I dealt with a guy in Erbil office reception(I don’t know the name, he is a black guy who speaks fluent Arabic) he was one of the most unpleasant and unsupportive people I met in my life. NEVER EVER EVER think of dealing with Aramex in your life.
If you have only one choice to throw away your money and shipment; OR to send it through Aramex, chose the first option because 2nd is same.
