I had ordered an item from Flipkart whcih was sent to me through Aramex.The consignment reached Trivandrum on 4th evening. Till now they have not delivered. I called them today and the response is "Its a big box.. there are no vehicles available to deliver. We don’t know when we would be able to deliver’’.
I have never heard such an irresponsible response from a private service industry. I will raise the issue with FlipKart too. They should also be aware of the service.
