It seems they don’t have their own delivery system and they are outsourcing to third party for delivery. It is leading to too much of delay in the delivery. In fact, it is irritating when the shipment is in the same city and not delivered for long time. I suggest people to refrain using this delivery at least for Hyderabad as destination couriers.
