I order a product from ebay and seller unfortunately shipped item by aramex courier. Product is from Haryana Mayapuri. At same date even I have purchased a flip flops from amazon and another product from ebay. At the end of the day all the product was dispatched on same time. Amazon ones was also coming from Haryana from a place called Mewat.
Amazon used Amazon transportation Service to deliver. Other product from ebay was also dispatched from Kolkata by FedEx. All the product reported to their individual courier at 12 Feb 2015 around 9 PM. First courier received to me was Amazon and it was delivered to me on 16 Feb 2015 morning 11.00 AM. Hence in delivering amazon wins. The other product which was send from Kolkata deliver to me around 6 PM on same day and FedEx came second. I thought Aramex will make a delivery tomorrow but no delivery happened.
I felt little bit doubt and then I trace it on website. What ever I read . is written below.
1) 12 Feb 2015- Record created(location Gurgaon) 9:00 PM
2) 12 Feb 2015- Data Received(location Gurgaon) 9:01 PM
3) 13 Feb 2015- Received at Origin Facility(location Mayapuri) 8:43 PM
I think on 14 Feb aramex must be on strike
4) 15 Feb 2015- Received at Origin Facility(location Gurgaon) 7:32 PM
Then on 19 Feb 2015 I again checked
5) 18 Feb 2015- Received at Origin Facility(Location Nashik) 8:30 AM
6) 18 Feb 2015- Delivery will made on next day(Location Nashik) 7:12 PM
7) 19 Feb 2015- Out for delivery(Location Nashik) 11:00 AM
And at last on 1 PM I received my product.
It was late almost by 3 days.
If you have any important parcels or letter to be deliver then don’t ever use aramex. It is always better to go with speed post. They are very reliable. I use them many a times. They are also very cheap and gives a promising delivery. Aramex must learn from India post. Other is the FedEx, they are always superb and they treat your parcels as like a Jems. Other courier agency are also upto mark except first flight(I got even worst experience with them). This was same with my friend from Pune. Aramex takes so long time for big cities then for small cities and town they must be taken at least 2 weeks. From my side thumbs down.
