Shipment not delivered n lot of lies

False tracking details given by  ARAMEX for 4727270822 -Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled. When I contacted Aramex customer care by phone, they told they send it through DTDC because they don’t have office in my town.


We contacted DTDC local office and confirmed no such courier received for them yet. Then how can they be able to update Customer not available in your website????We are not living in the remote village to reach product after 15 days.


My home is in Changanacherry town and almost all courier services (Bluedart, DTDC, Firstflight, Professional etc) are available within 2 kms. They never deliver the product and re-shipped the product to the seller after 16 day of lies. I strongly recommend not to use this courier service if you need the product at home.Indian Postal department is 100% better than these courier companies.


For online purchases also, I recommend you to  confirm before you buy that the courier service is not Aramex. Now the shipper (Basics Life) agreed me to give the refund of the product. This courier company spoiled the identity of shipper also.
