I wrote a review on aramex once in Aug 2014 after I had a very bad experience with them, I was assured then that no such incidence shall be repeated. One year has passed and nothing has changed.
Shipment Number: 40836395876 and its pickup date was 10 March 2015.
It was booked under Overnight service and it was supped to reach me the next i.e. 11 March.
Days passed On 13th I sent them a complaint via their website(Case Ref.:DEL/0315/25061), in its reply I got an automated response.
I tried calling them but my call was not picked.
Now almost 1 week is going to be passed and their so called’Overnight’ service has failed to deliver the shipment to me. Neither I got any human response for the complaint I registered with them.
Now listen Aramex people copy pasting’Inconvenience is deeply regretted’ kinda replies in response to these reviews, Bhai likh ke le lo Aramex ka kuchh nahi ho sakta, barbaad company hai ye.
And to the people reading this review- Stay away from Aramex. It is the worst and it will remain the worst.
