Worst Indian Post Ordinary Mail

I have booked three products from Naaptol.com which they send through Aramex courier agency which AWB No. 4468763703, 4468764532 and 4468765011.

When I contacted Aramex they informed us that the the products cannot be delivered to our place.My question is if they cannot deliver the products to my place, why did they accepted the parcel from Naaptol.I checked the status of the parcel online in Aramex, I found out that one of product is struck in Jaipur and the rest two in Gurgoan after 7 days has goneby from the date of despatch. Almost 250 kms from the destination place i.e my place.

Never trust Aramex.
