True to the most reviews here, Aramex seems to be one of the worst logistics services in the market. The status updates on the site are totally unreliable. I had made an online purchase on 25th March and my shipment is still in transit!(Shipment no - 6286650580).
Upon calling the customer care, the guy blatantly told that it would take "a couple of days" more to be deliverer. This is plain ridiculous. The reviews here have been applicable bang on target. Now I’m apprehensive of the false delivery updates, "customer not available", etc. Thanks to them, I missed the occasion that this item was meant to be for!
So much of agony, just because these online sites choose them as their delivery partners. Looks like I need to track them and pick the shipment myself to cut short the trouble.
