I would like to inform everyone that aramex courier service is one of the worst courier service you can get. Their employees are thieves that are stealing people’s parcel. They done this to me on several occasions. I had placed an order for free sample with rewards me which as per their email is showing delivered to address and is signed by me which I didn’t. in fact that parcel is still not delivered to me.
They are not only stealing everyone’s parcel but they are also stealing people’s signature. here is what I got from rewards me on my email:

upon calling their customer care they are not transferring the calls to senior officials nor they are able to track order and provide resolution. I spoke to Mr. Jai Prakash, Mr Shankar. Mr.Kadar & Ms. Tasneem. Ms Tasneem was very rude and even accepted that they have stolen these parcels and was very uncooperative.
so guys plz stay away from this chor courier company and if any website is delivering through them avoid it or go for cod only. also check if they taking signature for the parcel they are delivering not on what they are not.
I will also update on whether they have provided a resolution for this or not.
