Worst courier company ever seen

This is the 2nd time I am wrriting review for a very poor service of aramex. I purchase a product from YABHI and the product has reached at kolkata on 14.02.2012 but from 14 to till date 3 days they didnot deliver the product neither update the status in their site. Pls find bellow the review where they took 7 days time to deliver one product from Bangalore to kolkata.


I don’t understand how much shameless is the management of aramex as after putting my review on 18th Jan’2012 they replied that they will investigate the cause of delay and improve the service. Now you all can see how much improvement they have done in their service. I am toataly dissatisfied with aramex. And request you all pls don’t courier your valuables with this cheat courier co.


This time the complain no of aramex is -CCU/0212/1090


I have put an order with The private sales and they ship with Aramex courier with no -4203758624 on 12.01.2012 and the product come to my city kolkata on 14.01.2012 but for last 2 days i.e 16.01.2012 and 17.01.2012 they are updating in there site that due to incorrect address they are unable to deliver. Funny thing is I am staying in my home address for last 25 yrs and kolkata is one of major metro city and till date neither post office nor any courier co. had complain the same and we got numerous courier.


If still you belive on there point that they are unable to trace my address then I must say that they even not call me once for address verification or trace the location even though I have called there customer care for at least 20 times and each time they have replied that you will receive it today.


Even I put one complain on there site complain no - CCU/0112/791 but they are so busy that they are unable to answer my complain till date. I don’t know whether I will able to receive the product or not. If you people can help me in this regard pls. help. Truly I have not seen more worthless courier than ARAMEX in my life.
