I cannot find a word effective enough to express how traumatic and exhausting was my experience with Aramex(COCHIN/BANGALORE) staff. I regularly order stuff online and some of the vendors tied up with ARAMEX for logistics. The delivery men call up the home to inform the consignment reached the hub and then add "hey you guys can come pick it up". While flipkart promises delivery at door, their franchises in non-metros, have an attitude issue to door deliver.
I recently made a battery of orders from Flipkart.com which they sent through ARAMEX(6274207052). As usual, they acted up. I waited up to FOUR DAYS for the aramex delivery to happen. I called up ARAMEX after seeing the "attempted twice", "no one at home” excuses for non-delivery in their tracking information page. I had written to ARAMEX staff multiple times and even tried moving up the escalation matrix(with Kiran Manjunath/Sarath Kumar/Jabeen Roy) but no avail. Flipkart then stepped up after reminders and made sure it is door delivered finally after TEN DAYS against a promise of 2-3 days delivery.
Attached is an excellent example of their shameless excuse of multiple delivery attempts. When I was informed of the arrival of the consignment and awaiting delivery, they delayed it by 3 days while my residence is just a couple of kilometers from aramex office.
Aramex, I would bet on INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE than your crappy service. If there is a global award for the SLOPPIEST SERVICE on the planet, aramex will win that hands down.

Following the post, I have received response from Sonu. Though I dont change my view on Aramex services, I appreciate that at least one in the aramex crowd cared to call back and initiate an investigation into the issue.
