I am having bad experience with Aramex. I ordered an item online and the shipment number is 6169599015.It reached Chennai office on 19th and till now I didn’t get the item.It took only one day to reach from New Delhi Office to Chennai. I called the customer care twice and everyday he is saying it will be getting today. The status is showing as ’’Attempted Delivery-Rescheduled to next business Day’’ on two successive days.
I still don’t know where they attempted their delivery.I am a regular online shopper and I do get the items delivered with no follow ups and all. It is such a headache for a working person like me to followup on the item everyday.
