Unprofessional Delays and Communication Gap

It was pathetic experience with ARAMEX Couriers this week. I had my parcel booked from Chennai on 13th July was supposed to reach my destination by 15th July. They had a industry standard web tracking system. The Parcel reached the destination city on 16th July but remained untraceable to me. I had called their customer Call Number fro at least 6 times. They were giving false commitments every time I will call. The Parcel reached their Local Agency Office on 16th morning but none of the representatives were having the contact numbers or address of their Agency Offices!!!!!


The Local agent were also working in the standards of ARAMEX !!! They didnot bothered to deliver the parcel for more than 35 hours after it reached them. I had to request the Ahmedabad office to give me at least name of this Local Agent. I found on the net and tried to contact them.


At last - I traced them. The local Agency Office was unaware they recieved the parcel before 35 hours !!!???!!!! This rascal was very smart and told me they were unable to find out my address !!!???They never took pain to even call me. This is ridiculous as they refused to deliver my parcel as it was already 7 pm.
