The item I ordered was shipped from Hyderabad to Chennai through Aramex, and it took 5 long days to be delivered. I’ve never experienced such a slow delivery.
As per the Tracking record, the package was promptly shipped to Chennai within 1 day(so far so good). After that it was lying in Chennai facility for 4 days. Looks like they are really short staffed.
However, they do provide Tracking facility through their website and to my experience it seems to be accurate, and it’s helpful in knowing where your package is and that it is not lost.
Highly recommended if you want your package to be delivered late.
