Delivery delay

My Shipment reached to Cochin Office at 21st Feb as per there site. But today 24th I didn’t get the Shipment Yet. Created 3 support cases in there site and I didn’t get scheduled Date and Time of the delivery or proper explanation from the customer support. I created a support for Yebhi.com also they at least call me and apologies for the service provider activity on my shipment.


I got the shipment on 28th.
