I had bought a product from FutureBazaar (FB) and despite the fact that the product was sent by FB to Aramex on 18th of November am still awaiting a delivery.
when I checked the status on website - it shows "BEYOND DELIVERY AREA" however my house is just 1.5 km from there main office. on calling them up I was told that the delivery would happen before 6PM on 19th however I waited the whole day but nobody came , when I called up, I heard the message on the IVR that the working hours are till 6PM on a Saturday.
On Monday when I checked the status again I was again told it is "BEYOND DELIVERY AREA" when I called up Aramex I was told that the delivery would happen thru an associate partner as the area in not serviceable !!!!! I even offered that I would come and pick up the consignment as it is just 15min away but was told that this is not possible and I SHOULD NOT EVEN TRY !!!
When I told them I would like to speak to the manager or somebody senior I was told that none is available and disconnected the phone.
After this discussion I have decided to shun all website who use Aramex as their partners for delivery as this organization does not have enough infrastructure to provide service and is just a middle men who thrive on using local service provider.
i also wrote mails to there senior but did not get any respose
