Failed to deliver the product even after 20 days..

I bought a product from an online store which they shipped within 2 days through ARAMEX... This is the worst experience I had till now.. Actually the SLA of this product. is Apr 10th... Now it is Apr 24th.. till I didn’t receive my product... Till 22nd apr when I try to track shipment, it was showing "Invalid / data not found".. These stupid guys kept the product with them with out even updating it in their systems... After so many mails and calls to the online site and they followed with this company, they shipped the product on Apr 21st as overnight parcel, still I didn’t receive my product...


Guys, my sincere advice is not to trust these dumb idiots, you better choose some trustworthy companies who can deliver better...
