The system and customer service centre just don’t care about anything! I expect people and orgs(like Amazon) will slowly pull-out from their dependency.
They say’out of delivery area’ even for places very much in the heart of the city and that are less than 5kms from their branch offices.
Hope the company’s concerned person is reading these reviews.
