Consisten Poor service in Pune

I had experience with Aramex 3-4 times. My first courier was to be delivered after 4-5 days. It was lying in their office for 3-4 days and was delivered after much followup. The same case happened 2 times later.


Today again it happened. With my earlier experience I called them in the morning to make sure, it gets delivered, they promised to deliver it today, called again in the afternoon, they said it will be delivered. It was not delivered till 5, then status showed as on hold. When I called she says sorry... what is the use of sorry, , if they can’t even inform.
