I dont know why, but my friend has chosen Aramex courier for delviery one very critical package to me.
Its a critical package (tracking number 4280330250) and reaching on time was necessary. My friend asked for the same when sending this package, and hes confirmed the package would reach by Thursday, 10/01/13 (yesterday).
I tracked the courier and found that the courier is already reached Bangalore at 3:00 p.m. yesterday and expected that theyll ship the same day itself. To my surprise, I didnt got the shipment. Its so urgent that I got to get the package latest by today first half (before 12:00), so I called their customer support.
And came another shock. Is connected to this representative named ZANAB. Shes the worst customer representative Ive ever talked to, in my whole life. Instead of help me understand the reason for delay, she started screaming and blaming me. She told me that its my fault the shipment is delayed (I dont know how). Also, since package was received in one facility, and not other, she said itll delayed further, and that I cannot expect package delivered before today evening and it can easily spill to next day.
Now, it seems, theres no way I can get my package even tomorrow. And they dont seem to care less. Even if a guy suffer loss because once critical package is not delivered, they just blame you for delay and delay product unconditionally.
I dont expect any quick response from them now, seeing how they deliver their package, which is not yet done for me. So, I suggest you guys, refrain from this courier and if youve important package and avoid it at all costs.
